In April 2022, High Point Roofing entered a new phase of growth through its acquisition by Infinity Home Services. This strategic partnership has further fueled the company’s expansion while maintaining its core values and local focus.
As Brand President, Ron continues to lead High Point Roofing, driving its mission to deliver excellence, innovate services, and strengthen its reputation as a trusted name in the industry.

In 2022, Ron and his business partner Greg acquired Eric M. Krise Services, rebranding it as Krise Services to reflect its revitalized mission and expanded vision. Originally established in 2013 as a commercial electrical contracting firm, the company had only just begun exploring residential electrical, HVAC, and plumbing services at the time of acquisition.
Under Ron's strategic leadership, Krise Services underwent a comprehensive transformation. He not only fortified the commercial division’s position but also positioned the residential departments as the company’s growth engine. By focusing on operational excellence, service diversification, and customer satisfaction, Ron elevated Krise Services into a multi-eight-figure home services empire.
Today, Krise Services stands as a premier provider in both commercial and residential markets, recognized for its innovative approach, unparalleled expertise, and commitment to delivering top-tier service. Ron’s forward-thinking vision continues to drive the company’s expansion, cementing its reputation as a leader in the home services industry.
Ivera Building Consultants

Ron co-founded Ivera Building Consultants alongside his business partners to provide specialized building consulting services and project management for property owners and insurance companies. Focused on scope determination and cost estimating for residential and commercial insurance property claims, the company established itself as a trusted partner in navigating complex claims processes.
Originally founded by Ron in 2019 as High Point Consulting Group, the business evolved into Ivera Building Consultants, a key subsidiary of the Ivera Group. Through Ron’s leadership, the company achieved rapid growth, becoming one of the nation’s premier building consulting firms. His expertise led him to travel across the country, consulting on some of the largest and most challenging insurance claims, cementing Ivera’s reputation for excellence and precision.
In 2024, Ron successfully exited Ivera Building Consultants, marking the culmination of a period of transformative growth and industry recognition. While no longer involved in daily operations, he continues to lend his expertise as an expert consultant, supporting the firm’s ongoing mission to deliver exceptional results and insights in the building consulting space.

Forge is Ron’s passion project—an online library of educational courses designed to equip aspiring construction entrepreneurs with the knowledge, tools, and strategies he’s gained through years of hands-on business experience. Created to be the resource Ron wished he had when starting his own companies, Forge aims to help others avoid costly mistakes, overcome challenges, and achieve accelerated growth.
The platform provides a comprehensive curriculum tailored to scaling construction businesses efficiently and sustainably. Along with actionable insights, Forge offers a suite of templates and frameworks that Ron personally developed while scaling his companies to multi-eight-figure success.
